Like all TC series, the TC-KP series is designed for frequent use in commercial or industrial areas.
The scale is equpped with a 30 cm * 22 cm platform and a very high quality load cell, designed for a higher accuracy and a much longer service life.
The display housing and the functions are identical to our cheaper PSE series, but equipped with a higher quality and more precise "calculaton" electronics. Together with the prcise and durable load cell, it enables a faster and more precise measurements with smaller tolerances (compared to the equivalent counterpart PSE30).
Examples for frequent uses or at the QM after production, when large quantities of packaged sets are checked for completeness.
Also when dosing large amounts of various ingredients the TC-KP does a great job.
Depending on the version, the scale measures up to a maximum of 8kg with very precise 0,2g steps, 15kg with 0,5g steps or up to 30kg in 1g steps.
Design type:
Weighing surface with 30 * 22 cm (DIN A4 size, perfectly suitable for letters or small parcels). Larger packages can stand over on each side, the separate display with the rotatable holder can easily stand next to the scale or be attached to the wall behind the scale. General platform structure: Like the bigger PSE-scales, it is based on a stable frame made of cast aluminum with a single corner load compensated strain gauge load cell in the middle, including a mechanical overload protection. This frame is covered with the black ABS housing that you can see on the picture.
The ABS weighing surface is aditionally covered with a stainless steel plate.
Functions:
Tare, weight unit as kg or lb, display backlight, counting function with reference numbers (1,10,20,50,100)
Extended setting menu where you can change the automatic deactivation ("always on" or automatic off after 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes for energy saving).
Changeable sensivity and vibration filters (Deactivated: Very fast weight determination during dosages. Highest value: Unaffected by disturbances due to an unstable table or if used used to weight animals that might move on the table.
Scope of delivery:
1 x platform; 1 x display + display bracket; 1 x spiral cable between display + platform (1.5m); 1 x AC-DC power supply adapter. The scale can optionally be operated with 4 x 1.5V AA batteries. Batteries are NOT included.
