TJ-KY plateframe counting scale
Our counting scales convince with a fast response time of just three seconds and precise results. The scales are therefore ideal at inventories or for counting or packaging packaging with a certain content.
How it works
The scale uses the total weight of all objects, for example 1000g, and divides the total weight by the individual piece weight. If a single piece weights 10g, the scale can calculate: 1000g / 10g = 100 pcs.
The piece weight can be specified quickly and easy in two different ways:
1. If you already know the weight of a single piece, you can type it in manually by entering the weight of e.g. a single screw, using the keyboards numpad.
2. If you do not know the piece weight, let the scale do this for you. Place one or more objects on the scale, regardless of whether it is one or 500 screws.
Then use the numpad to type in how many pieces you have placed, the scale automatically calculates the correct reference value based on the weight.
In addition, of course, the scale has many other functions:
Automatic improvement of the piece weight when increasing the number on top. After starting at a single item that you have placed after using the automatic piece weight calculation, there might be a rather big measurement mistake due to production tolerances in a single item as well as due to small measurement mistakes. When you then add more pieces to the scale, the scale will automaticly improve the piece weights number. By this, you can improve the piece weight from a single item to the average piece weight of for example 100 items without touching anything on the scales keyboard.
Setting a "target quantity". When the specified amount is reached, the scale will give you an acoustic and visual signal.
A total memory that shows you both the weight and the number of measurements. This gives you a good overview of the packaged items in the evening.
A very convenient taring function (set to "0"). The regular process with digital scales is that you first have to put an empty container on and tare this weight, only then can you fill in the contents.
With a TJ scale, you can easily put a full box on it and use the keyboard to indicate to the scale that a weight of e.g. exactly 12.345g should be tared.
The weight is displayed either as grams (g) or pounds (lb) on the three easy-to-read and especially compared to sensitive LCD fields on extremely reliable and durable LED displays.
Display 1: The total weight is always shown here, regardless of whether the counting function is active or not. You can of course also use the scale for normal weighing.
Display 2: Here you will find information about the automatically calculated or manually specified piece weight of the items to be counted.
Display 3: Probably the most important display of the counting scale, the number of pieces placed on it.
All three displays are equipped with energy-saving LEDs. The digit height is 1.5 cm.
The basis of the scale comes from the reliable and proven TC series.
The weight is determined using a strain gauge load cell (strain gauge), which makes it possible to count objects made of iron, nickel or other magnetizable materials.
In order to compensate for unevenness, the scale has four height-adjustable feet that can be precisely aligned using the integrated spirit level.
An RS232 data interface for connection to the printer or computer is available for reading, evaluating and printing out the weighing results. A suitable USB adapter is optionally available.
With the integrated battery, you can use the scale for approx. 36 hours regardless of mains operation. As soon as you plug in the mains connection, the battery is also charged during use. "Overcharging" is not possible, the battery has reached its full capacity, the power supply automatically switches to pure mains operation.
By this, the scale could also be operated permanently via the mains connection and is still ready for mobile use at any time.
