Like all TC series, the TC-KL series is designed for frequent use in commercial or industrial areas.
The scale is based on our 32 cm * 38 cm platform, that is also used for the series PSE or DJ-KL. In Series TC-KL, this platform is equipped with a higher quality load cell, designed for a higher accuracy and a much longer service life.
The display housing and the functions are identical to our PSE series, but as well equipped with a higher quality and more precise "calculaton" electronics. Both together, enables a faster and more precise measurements with smaller tolerances.
Examples for frequent uses or at the QM after production, when large quantities of packaged sets are checked for completeness. With the readability of e.g. 1g at 30kg measuring range not only gives you the package weight like a cheaper parcel scale, but you can immediately see whether a part of a set has been forgotten or something wrong has been packed. As example: A missing sheet of paper from a flyer weighs 5 g, an AA alkaline battery approx. 20 g.
Also when dosing large amounts of various ingredients the TC-KL does a great job.
