Our TC-H Series is a 30 * 22 cm weighing plate bench scale, that is equipped with an internal 4 Ah battery for 36 hours of operation for mobile use.
The power supply during main power is done by a 230V power cable with C13 plug (same as on a computer).
As soon as you plug in the cable, the scale can be used in main power supply. At the same time, the battery is charged untill it is full.
Then the scale disconnects the battery (remains in trickle charge) and changes the electronic to pure mains operation. Overcharging the battery is not possible, the scale can be used for years on the power supply and is still always ready if you need the scale mobile, for example when taking inventory in the warehouse with the counting function.
But still: If you would buy the scale for a permanent stationary use, we still recommend the normal TC. Because like every battery, the one installed here is a normal wearing part that needs to be replaced in a few years (normal 4.5 Ah lead-acid battery).
Technical information:
We divide the TC-H series into the normal models (e.g. TC10KH, up to 10kg with 1g steps).
More precise versions are marked with a "B" at the end of the model name, e.g. the TC10KH-B (10kg with 0.1g).
If such a high level of accuracy is not required, we can offer the scale with an "A" at the end. The TC10KH-A also measures up to 10kg, with 2g steps, for a much lower price.
There is no difference in quality and durability between those, all TC-H are designed for tough daily use in warehouses or workshops.
